Dia 26 de março, estudantes da 7ª do curso de Arquitetura e
Urbanismo da Uniarp, sob a orientação do professor, Arquiteto e Urbanista
Luciano Froguel, realizaram um levantamento técnico de duas residências para
fins de regularização imobiliária.
Foram realizadas medições e esboços dos espaços, que
servirão de base para a elaboração posterior dos desenhos técnicos das
edificações presentes nos imóveis.
Essas atividades fazem parte da extensão desenvolvida na
disciplina Detalhamento Projetual e estão sendo realizadas em parceria com o
Instituto de Pesquisa e Planejamento Urbano de Caçador (IPPUC), que encaminhou
as demandas de moradores locais no início do semestre. Esses moradores possuem
imóveis com edificações não averbadas e não regularizadas junto ao poder
público.
Os moradores enfatizaram a importância desse processo para
obterem acesso a serviços essenciais, como eletricidade e água, que em alguns
casos não estão disponíveis devido à situação irregular dos imóveis.
Essa experiência proporciona aos estudantes uma oportunidade
única de aplicar seus conhecimentos teóricos na prática, estabelecendo um
vínculo direto com a comunidade local e compreendendo de perto as demandas e
desafios enfrentados em nível municipal. Além disso, o contato direto com
questões habitacionais e sociais oferece uma perspectiva essencial para a
futura vida profissional dos acadêmicos, preparando-os para lidar com as
complexidades do campo da arquitetura e urbanismo de forma ética e eficaz. Essa
interação não apenas enriquece sua formação acadêmica, mas também contribui
para o desenvolvimento de profissionais mais conscientes e comprometidos com o
bem-estar da comunidade em que estão inseridos.
